We may suspend or restrict access to the site at any time without notice.
3. Estimates, Quotes and Pricing
Any estimate, instant quote, or price range generated through this website is preliminary. It is based on the information you supply and on publicly available property data, and it is not a binding offer or a contract. Final pricing is established only in a written proposal issued after an on-site inspection. Material availability, hidden damage, code requirements, and scope changes discovered during the work may change the final price.
4. Inspections and Scheduling
Inspection requests submitted through this website are requests, not confirmed appointments. All inspections are subject to availability, weather, and safe site access. We will contact you to confirm a time. We may need to reschedule for safety reasons, and we are not liable for losses arising from a rescheduled or cancelled inspection.

You may withdraw consent at any time by telling us during a call, replying STOP to a text, or using the unsubscribe link in an email.
7. Insurance Claims
MNRC is not a licensed public adjuster. We cannot investigate, appraise, or evaluate your insurance claim, advise you on coverage or claim value, advocate on your behalf with your insurer, or negotiate or settle any claim. Our role is to inspect and restore your property and to answer questions about scope of work, materials, and workmanship. See our Insurance Claim Notice for details.
8. Warranties
Manufacturer warranties on materials are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to their terms. MNRC workmanship coverage, including the Northstar Protection Plan limited lifetime labor warranty where it applies, is governed by the written warranty document provided with your project. Nothing on this website modifies or extends any written warranty.
9. Third Party Services
This website links to and embeds third party services, including financing applications, instant quote tools, mapping, and review platforms. Those services are operated by other companies under their own terms and privacy policies. MNRC does not control them and is not responsible for their content, availability, or handling of your information. Financing is offered by third party lenders and all approval decisions are theirs alone.
