MNRC is hiring motivated Outside Sales Representatives to help homeowners after storms and build long-term careers in exterior restoration.

We are interviewing and hiring this week.

This is a field-based, door-to-door role. You will work neighborhoods, meet homeowners face-to-face, inspect roofs and exteriors, and guide customers through the insurance restoration process.

• Clear monthly targets and income path to $80K–$112K+ in year one

• Performance bonuses paid bi-weekly (up to $9,000 in your first season)

What You’ll Do

• Canvass storm-affected neighborhoods

• Perform exterior and roof inspections

• Identify hail and wind damage

• Explain findings clearly to homeowners

• Meet with insurance adjusters

• Close roofing and siding projects

• Manage leads in CRM

• Follow MNRC’s proven sales system

• Deliver five-star customer service
